On March 29th, 2018, SIP Lvse Jiangnan Public Environment Concerned Centre (hereinafter referred to as “PECC”) received a report reflecting that Changshu Qinfeng Plastic Pipe Factory emitted irritating gas, which affected the normal life of the surrounding residents.

After receiving the report, PECC immediately reported the pollution situation to Changshu Environmental Protection Bureau.

On April 4th, 2018, PECC received a document reply from Changshu Environmental Protection Bureau. The details are as follows.
